We would like to invite your company to sponsor the third annual NCTech4Good Conference, Friday, May 4, 2012, 8am-7pm at The William and Ida Friday Center in Chapel Hill, NC. This state-wide conference's focus is on sharing knowledge about technologies that can advance the mission of nonprofit organizations. This year’s theme is “Productivity: Doing More with Less.” We are expecting about 150-200 technology providers and nonprofit professionals to attend. The conference will have scheduled presentations by leaders in the nonprofit technology sector in addition to participant-organized sessions on additional topics essential to nonprofit volunteers and staff.

Conference Exhibits

The number of exhibit tables is limited. Tables will be allocated based on sponsorship level and date of receipt of your sponsorship offer.
The number of complimentary conference registrations for exhibitors is determined by sponsorship level. Additional exhibitors register at the standard conference fee.
Exhibit tables are 3x6, skirted.
No money can change hands at exhibits, that is, you can't sell anything.
No food items can be distributed. Small wrapped items (like hard candy) are OK.
You may set up as early as 7:00 am and stay as late as 7:00 pm. There will be a reception from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Sponsorship requests received after April 20th will have limited benefits and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The program booklet and items for the registration packet will be completed April 20.
